Greenbriar Restaurant Holdings brings unique, scalable concepts to under-served markets across Texas and surrounding states, including a multi-unit franchise development deal with Rusty Taco restaurants. The business takes its name from the client’s childhood neighborhood, so I created a logo and business cards featuring a tree made of spaghetti to reflect the Greenbriar name and vibe.
