1. Terms

By accessing the website at http://www.em-pressdesign.com, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Use License

  1. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Em-press Design, Inc.'s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

CONTROLLING LAW, JURISDICTION, AND INTERNATIONAL — USERS

EM-PRESS DESIGN, INC. makes no representation that the materials are appropriate or available for use outside the United States. If you access this site from outside the United States, you will be responsible for compliance with all local laws. You agree to comply with all laws and regulations applicable to your use of this site. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located within Dallas County, Texas for any disputes with EM-PRESS DESIGN, INC. arising out of your use of this site.

EM-PRESS DESIGN, INC. does not and will not assume any obligation to notify you of changes to this Agreement.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS AND ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES
